We want you to love your Pott'd creations, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all clay packs remain sealed to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your Pott'd kit is in its original packaging with all clay bags unopened and tools unused to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at hello@pottd.com with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
